Snoop Dogg, like Paul Newman, is venturing into the food industry. Snoop Loopz, his first product, is sure to garner media attention. Breakfast items Pancake Mix, Oatmeal, Grits, and Maple Syrup, all under the Momma Snoop brand, are less exciting. Broadus Foods is the company that bears Snoop's surname.

Calvin Broadus Jr. and Percy Miller have formed Broadus Foods (fellow rapper Master P). "We strive to provide deliciously prepared foods of the highest quality," the company website states. "Broadus Foods was established to carry Mama Snoop's generous love and passion for feeding families in our communities."

Fruit Loops, a cereal based on Kellogg's classic, is not an exceptionally nutritious start for the fledgling food company. The syrup is most likely made from corn syrup rather than maple syrup. However, oatmeal is beneficial to your health. White flour pancakes, on the other hand.

Newman rose to prominence in the food industry with salad dressings, tomato sauces, and cookies.

The founders of Broadus are "dedicated to inspiring economic empowerment by diversifying the grocery store industry and creating opportunities for minority-owned food products and brands."

Broadus Foods contributes to charities such as Doors of Hope.

Snoop Dogg was one of the first celebrities to launch a marijuana brand (Leafs by Snoop). He has advertised various products, including Corona Light, Tostitos, Wonderful Pistachios, and Bic EZ-Reach Lighters.
